Long Eaton U12 continued their good start to the season with a 3-1 win at Keyworth. Keyworth started the game well helped with a strong wind at their backs,having most of the possesion they took the lead after 20 mins when Siswick slotted the ball home after a good through ball.
Long Eaton's defence coped well under alot of pressure and had chances to level but both Palmer & Eleker shot wide.
The 2nd half was all Long Eaton with the impressive, man of the match, Anderson causing alot of problems with his tricky runs. Long Eaton levelled 10 mins into the 2nd half when Simnett scored with a close range header. 5 mins later Long Eaton took the lead when Eleker finished of a good move, scoring neatly passed the keeper. They made the game safe when Oliver scored in the final minute after good work from Palmer.
FINAL SCORE: Keyworth 1-3 Long Eaton
